The Grey, located on Al Wasl Road in Al Safa, introduces an elegant afternoon Tea Ritual experience, every Monday to Friday between 3PM and 6PM. The authentic go-to hotspot has unveiled an afternoon Tea Ritual that offers an array of gourmet treats, decadent pastries, delectable bites and hot brews. The menu includes a canape platter with 8 luscious bites and a selection of signature teas and coffee. For AED 150  per person, patrons can delight in a range of sweet and savoury menu items that appeal to a diversity of discerning palettes.

The UAE homegrown brand by MAD Hospitality (Make a Difference) is the perfect location to catch up with a group of friends for an afternoon Tea Ritual while enjoying the chilled and creative vibe. With top-notch food, service and slurpable coffee, The Grey is the epicenter for creative freedom, inspiring ideas, and beautiful interactions. Day or night, The Grey is a destination where you come for the coffee, stay for the food, and return for the impeccable service. 

Perfectly paired to compliment your afternoon tea, the Canape platter includes 8 items per person including the Smoked Salmon Vol au Vent with spiced yoghurt and caviar, Seared Scallops on potato latke with a ginger honey mayo, Truffle Parsnips with parmesan bruschetta and shaved truffles, Prawn Toast with lemon aioli and togarashi, Wagyu Tartare with sambal aioli, crispy polenta and spring onion. The canape platter features a diverse range of decadent desserts. Delve into the ultimate Hazelnut Bonbon, a classic Tiramisu and delicious Crunchy Gianduja Caramel that packs a punch. The Grey masters every process with perfection and the Tea Ritual is no difference. 

For the coffee aficionados, The Grey offers an escape from the ordinary in an elevated space with a strong appreciation towards coffee culture in the region. The menu offers a selection of signature fresh brewed coffees to get your caffeine fix. If coffee is not what you are after, the teas are noteworthy options including the ginger breeze tea, rose white tea, peach and pear tea, rush berry hour tea and more.

The Grey invites you to be part of the community  in a vibrant social space where coffee, culture, design, and creativity coexist harmoniously. 


Located on Al Wasl Road, The Grey is open Sunday to Thursday from 7.30am to 11pm and Friday to Saturday from 8am to 12am. Breakfast is served until 3PM on weekdays and until 5PM on Friday & Saturday. The Tea Ritual is available from Monday to Friday between 3PM and 6PM.
