DWTC’s Bespoke Management Training Programme Aims to Fill 15 Positions at Leading Recruitment Fair for UAE Nationals Dubai, UAE, May 4, 2016: The 16th edition of Careers UAE, a strategic platform to facilitate successful engagement between public and private sector organisations with UAE national candidates at all levels of qualification, is opening its doors this year on 16-18 May at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Following last year’s successful debut of the Lami3 recruitment and training initiative, DWTC’s Human Resources team views Careers UAE as an ideal venue to recruit the ‘best of the best’ Emirati candidates for this dedicated Management Training Programme. Conceived to further employment avenues for the UAE’s brightest young minds by providing a challenging and rewarding environment to learn, lead and deliver cross-functional experience across all of DWTC’s front-line operational and supporting areas, Lami3 is open to all UAE nationals with excellent educational acumen. The programme launched at Careers 2015 following a successful pilot phase. Since the programme’s inception, Lami3 has provided support to 30 high-performing graduates in their career development. Lami3 features a meticulously-developed curriculum to ensure all candidates undergo intensive hands-on training in both operations management and leadership. With the rigorous programme run over 36-48 months, DWTC’s HR unit views Careers UAE - the country’s leading recruitment, training and education exhibition for UAE nationals - as the perfect platform to attract fresh gradates and young professionals. The exhibition will also host the Ideation workshop that focuses on creating innovative workplaces of the future at the show’s activity area. In addition, Careers UAE will hold an employer session on 18th May aiming to tackle the skills gap in the UAE.
