DUBAI, UAE — March 2016 — Tory Burch announces the launch of a new boutique in Dubai. The 230-square-meter retail space opened 14th February at City Walk, a premier luxury shopping destination in the city. This follows the success of the brand in the United Arab Emirates, where it already has boutiques in The Dubai Mall and The Galleria in Abu Dhabi, and builds on its presence in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Egypt. The store’s façade is distinguished by green awnings and travertine-and-brass fretwork, signature Tory Burch design details. In keeping with all Tory Burch stores, the interior has been custom-designed to create a residential feel. White oak and marble floors, cane tables and brown lacquer display cases offer a neutral backdrop for a sophisticated mix of furnishings, including seafoam silk drapes, teal velvet sofas, a mohair ottoman and green rugs. A wide assortment of the Tory Burch collection will be available at the City Walk boutique, including ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags and accessories. Tory Burch launched in 2004 with a small boutique in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood and the designer’s classic but bohemian aesthetic resonated with tastemakers from the very beginning. Over the past decade, the company has grown into a global brand with more than 170 boutiques around the world.
