UAE, April 22, 2015 - Dubai Properties, a leading real estate developer, has announced the official opening of a Spinneys Community Centre at ‘The Villa,’ one of DP’s premier residential communities located in the DUBAILAND district. The debuting centre reflects DP’s strong commitment towards continuously enhancing its communities to provide comprehensive amenities and services for residents. The Spinneys Community Centre covers 75,000 sq. ft. of land within ‘The Ponderosa,’ a ranch-style area forming part of ‘The Villa, which features luxurious four-, five- and six- bedroom Spanish-style courtyard villas with terraces overlooking a lush landscape.
