Dubai, UAE, March 17, 2015 - Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, participated today (March 16, 2015) in the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) Confex, which will take place until March 17, 2015 at The Address Dubai Marina. The event, which is being held under the theme of ‘Smart Technology, Smart Cities, Smarter FM,’ focused on the development and implementation of automation and smart systems to make the sector more efficient and productive.


During its participation at the MEFMA Confex, Imdaad used the platform to emphasize on the use of smart technology in the FM sector to improve efficiency, save time and cost, conserve natural resources, and minimize impact on the environment. The current edition’s theme echoes the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to transform Dubai into a ‘smart’ city. The MEFMA Confex was an opportunity for Imdaad to throw the light on the state-of-the-art technology to streamline, automate and speed-up tasks in FM services.

MEFMA Confex 2015 is the biggest event which features over 25 speakers and more than 18 exhibitors, showcasing the latest developments in the FM industry. Leading experts Fredrik Haren and Jamil Qureshi gave presentations and leading discussions on the industry’s timely topics and subjects.

Imdaad has gained a strong reputation in the region as an adopter and implementer of the latest FM technologies and practices. The company acquires eco-friendly equipment and prioritizes sustainability across all its operations. It also conducts recycling training for its clients, corporate partners and staff, in addition to providing free recycling bins in certain projects where it handles waste management and collection service.
