This management training initiative reaffirms our commitment towards upgrading the skills of charge nurses. Since the charge nurses are responsible for supervising 20-25 school nurses, the training aims to enhance their managerial skills that will ultimately be reflected in their practice and consequently improve the performance of the school nurses. All of this aims to serve our ultimate objective of ensuring the good health and well-being of school children in Abu Dhabi.” Following the completion of the course, charge nurses will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of SHS key performance indicators (KPI).
