UAE operations of Globe Express Services report 38 per cent revenue surge in H1 2013

July 24, 2013: Globe Express Services, one of the world's top 100 global logistics providers, has announced that the revenue of its UAE offices for H1 2013 rose 38 per cent over the same period last year. The impressive growth was attributed to key developments such as the expansion of Jebel Ali operations and the opening of a new office in Abu Dhabi.

In 2012, Globe Express Services made vast improvements to its geographic network and logistics resources. The group opened a state-of-the-art industrial warehouse in Dubai's Jebel Ali Free Zone, inaugurated its Abu Dhabi office, expanded its office network to 58 corporate locations worldwide, and forged partnerships with key entities such as ITSA, a leading international air and ocean freight forwarder based in Italy.

For this year, Globe Express Services is focusing on reinforcing its core offerings, expanding ties with existing customers and key vendor partners, developing new business and industry verticals, and enhancing its technology platform.
