Dubai, 20 March 2023:  On the occasion of Mother’s Day, we would like to express our profound gratitude to all mothers around the world as well as in our country, for their invaluable contributions to their families, societies, and nations. Mothers are a symbol of generosity and nobility, and we deeply appreciate their hard work and sacrifices. This occasion emphasises the crucial role that mothers have in the progress of nations, as they serve as the cornerstone of strong households, which are the building blocks of robust communities.

On this special occasion, we celebrate the vital roles of our Emirati mothers in instilling good values and raising our future generations, as well as their significant efforts towards the development and prosperity of our nation. On this occasion, the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai (SLC) would like to extend its congratulations to Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the ‘Mother of the Nation’, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation.
