Dubai - August 26, 2021: The real estate and properties transactions valued at 6.2 billion in total during the week ending 26 August 2021. The sum of transactions was 1,849. 215 plots were sold for AED 1.2 billion, 1,130 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.45 billion. The top three transactions were a land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid sold for AED 103 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 33.15 million in Al Thanayah Fourth, and a land sold for AED 103 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid in third place. Jabal Ali First recorded the most transactions for this week by 94 sales transactions worth AED 314.63 million, followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 35 sales transactions worth AED 487.09 million, and Palm Jumeirah with 11 sales transactions worth AED 47 million in third place. The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 486 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 223 million in Burj Khalifa, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 172 million in Business Bay. The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 1.87 billion, with the highest being a land in Al Kheeran, mortgaged for AED 400 million. 99 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 758 million.
