Dubai, UAE, August 8, 2016:  du delights customers by expanding its retail footprint in Dubai with the grand opening of a new du Shop at Wafi Mall on August 4, 2016. Customers in the vicinity now have a new du retail outlet for all their account needs. The Shop in Wafi Mall will offer all services related to consumer and enterprise fixed and mobile services.

The du Shop at Wafi will have multiple bill payment machines offering a quick and easy way to pay their bills, without waiting in queues. It will also feature several counters to serve business and individual customers.  

This latest retail outlet falls under du’s drive towards increasing its digital footprint across online and in-store experience, as it marks the 64th du retail shop in the UAE. The announcement also follows a series of enhancement initiatives on the du app and online store levels, including the launch of Appointment Booking service to reduce waiting times for customers visiting du stores. du Shops are located in conveniently accessible locations across the UAE.
