Dubai, UAE, June 7, 2016: Jumbo Group has been recognised by Dubai Cares for its contribution towards supporting the organisation’s global initiative of providing children in developing countries with access to quality primary education.
As one of the UAE’s longest serving business groups, Jumbo has always emphasised the need to support local social initiatives. The company has always been acutely aware of the importance to give something back to this generous country, where Jumbo started its business over 40 years ago.
Dubai Cares was founded nine years ago as part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives and has to date helped benefit over 14 million young people in 41 countries.
