Drawing from her just-launched cookery book Plated Heirlooms, Chef Dima will demonstrate the preparation of traditional Palestinian dishes with a modern twist. Plated Heirlooms features over 250 Palestinian recipes carefully perfected over time that can be easily replicated at home.
