Knowlarity, Asia's largest cloud communications company has recently launched the Super Receptionist service in a bid to get SMEs off the ground faster. This solution replaces the traditional PBX systems, slashing down the spend to just 20% of what the traditional methods cost.

“We're the first of its kind in cloud communications, as we offer solutions to help SMEs benefit the technology without the hassle of an expensive office PBX system. In turn, SMEs can also make the most of this solution by featuring it on their business cards. Our flagship product - SuperReceptionist is a better alternative, offered at almost 1/5th the cost of the traditional office PBX” - Ambarish Gupta, Founder and CEO of Knowlarity.

Small and medium scale enterprises are the backbone of Dubai's economy, representing 95% of all establishments in the Emirate. These SMEs account for 42% of the workforce and contribute around 40% of the total value add generated in Dubai's economy. With a rapidly expanding geographical presence, SMEs are looking forward to cut down on the physical meeting in favour of the telephonic meet-ups*.

SuperReceptionist offers a host of features that make call-handling a breeze. Callers are greeted with a customised professional message, followed by a menu of options to pick from. Also, the application lets SMEs track the number of calls and queries serviced by each executive.

“One of the many interesting facts about our solutions is that we are based on the cloud, much like social networking platforms and Google. A cloud based system eliminates the backend management processes, and personnel. SuperReceptionist is extremely user friendly solution and users can access its services easily anywhere across UAE,” commented Krishnan Kasturirangan, CXO, Knowlarity.

Currently Knowlarity caters to 12,000 SMEs, and, around 400-500 larger companies across Africa, Dubai, Singapore, Philippines and Turkey. For SMEs, it’s more about rendering a cloud communication service that provides a channel for them to be in constant touch with their customers.
