Conference celebrates synergy with local partners for mutual success in the Middle East and Africa. UAE, Dubai: 02nd May 2015: Emerson Climate Technologies was pleased to host a two-day Distributor Conference at The Meydan Hotel Dubai, UAE. The prime objective of the event was to educate key customers on the latest products and services, celebrate key industry partnerships, and present awards for outstanding sales. Tom Parrish, VP Sales and Marketing of Emerson Climate Technologies MEA said, “The objective of the Distributors Conference was to engage with prospective enterprises in the HVACR industry, educate them about our unique products and take them through our future partnerships or projects. Throughout the years, we’ve emerged as pioneers in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry across the world, therefore our conference this year in Dubai was crucial in terms of awareness, direction and opportunity.” The two-day event hosted by Emerson Climate Technologies MEA included presentations, live demonstrations of various technologies, and keynotes by esteemed guest speakers. The conference culminated with a tour of the new Dubai distribution facility, plant, and training center. Pratap Chavan, President MEA, said, “Dubai is booming with large-scale, state-of-the-art projects such as the Mall of the World, that demands eco-friendly systems and world-class refrigeration. The presentations at the conference highlighted Emerson’s air-conditioning technology and unique refrigeration systems that caters to a broad audience while meeting the needs of the environment.” A current Emerson Climate customer and emerging leader in distribution, Mr. Hashem Hassouna, Managing Director of Hashem Hassounah & Sons Ref. Trd. Co. H (HRC), added, “The distributor’s conference has definitely given us a closer look at the air conditioning and refrigeration industry with respect to Emerson’s solutions.
