DPS Academy held their 2nd Annual Day celebration - ‘Jashn-e-Bachpan’ recently at the DPS Academy campus located at the Academic City, Dubai. The event was presided by Shri Pramod Grover, Chairperson, Managing Committee, DPS Academy. The ceremony was a moment of pride for parents and teachers and the happy faces of the shining stars were a testimony to the joy they felt. Announcing this in a press release Ms. Sandhya Awasthi, Principal, DPS Academy said that the school strongly believes in developing the talents of the students. The stage was a canvas that the children painted in hues with their immense talent and confidence. The School choir mesmerized all with the rendition of Jackie Evancho’s “To Believe”. It was followed by a dance-drama ‘EIDGAAH” that had Indo-Arabic elements infused in it. It was a treat to all the senses. The Chairperson, Shri Pramod Grover addressed the children and encouraged them with his kind and wise words. Mr. Mr.Dinesh Kothari, Pro Vice Chairman enthused in the gathering the spirit of education. The Annual Day concluded with the vote of thanks by Vice-Principal, Ms. Bandana P. Lazarus. It was indeed an evening to cherish. The proud parents applauded the young talents as they walked up smartly to the stage. DPS ACADEMY is an institution by Delhi Public School Society famed for producing a galaxy of eminent men and women for the past 6 decades.
