The Motors Division of Ali & Sons Co. LLC (AS) recently obtained the globally recognised ISO 9001:2008 Certification for Volkswagen and Audi Sales & Services. AS passed the stringent quality parameters set by the TUV SUD to acquire the certification. A certification such as the ISO 9001:2008 facilitates through standardized organizational structure and procedures, clear and transparent responsibilities, optimized information flow, monitoring tools and continuous improvement practices leading to improved customer service in sales and after sales. Managing Director of Audi Volkswagen Middle East (AVME) Mr. Trevor Hill presented the certificates to Mr. Ahmed Bin Ali Al Dhaheri the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of AS in a ceremony held at the Fraser Suites Dubai. The well attended ceremony had senior managers from AVME(Audi Volkswagen Middle East) along with the management of AS(Ali & Sons).
