At the 2013 Baselworld Watch and Jewellery Show, Eberhard & Co. will present a new version of Gilda, the timepiece that exudes feminine charm and fully expresses the watchmaker's refined and elegant world.

Inspired by the beauty of nature and its varied forms, the new irresistibly sinuous watch, with its curvy face, has supple lines decorating the mother of pearl face, and Arabic numerals at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 hour marks surrounded by a delicate floral motif, in perfect harmony with the elliptical steel case. Gilda has a quartz movement, protected by sapphire glass with a patented spherical dome and antireflective treatment, and the polished back is secured with 4 concealed screws and features an engraved floral motif.

Fastened with an alligator strap with a buckle engraved with a letter E, and also available with a Chéri® bracelet with a déployante buckle engraved with E&C, Gilda follows the line of the wrist with a clever touch of aesthetic and design.

The distinctive curved lines of the Gilda collection evoke the natural way of stimulating emotions typical of women. A harmonious marriage of modernity and tradition, the version in steel has a decisive and modern character, while the 18ct red gold version has a refined and delicate spirit and the many unique versions featuring diamonds, sapphires and rubies display an impeccable taste for sophisticated combinations.
