Alpha Data joins Emirates Environmental Group's 15th nationwide ‘Clean Up UAE' campaign

UAE, December 19, 2016 - Alpha Data, the UAE’s leading systems integrator and one of the longest-standing IT companies in the country, recently expressed its full support for the Emirates Environmental Group’s efforts to protect and preserve the environment through mass action by joining the 15th edition of ‘Clean Up UAE,’ a nationwide campaign involving various activities such as trash collection, tree planting, and environmentally-themed competitions and performances. 

Alpha Data sent a team of 10 volunteers last December 12th to help out with the campaign as part of its commitment to supporting environmental causes in cooperation with concerned government and private entities and the general public. The company regularly participates in ‘green’ initiatives and activities complementing its Corporate Social Responsibility agenda. Alpha Data is a major proponent of sustainability-focused technology solutions in the UAE - a country dealing with one of the world’s highest carbon footprints.
