Free access to government apps and websites from over 300 locations in UAE by end of 2016 Dubai, UAE, November 8, 2016: National Bonds Corporation (National Bonds), the leading sharia-compliant savings and investment company in the UAE, has renewed its partnership with du to support WiFi UAE, a country-wide initiative to provide WiFi access to the public, in line with the UAE Vision 2021. WiFi UAE currently covers Dubai,,Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain and RAK and for example offers free internet access across Dubai Metro, Dubai Tram, Dubai International Financial Centre, as well as prominent shopping malls in the emirates. Through this partnership, National Bonds aims to support the UAE’s vision of becoming among the best countries in the world by implementing smart solutions, such as providing UAE nationals and residents with electronic services to help them access knowledge, and benefit from faster and more effective online communication. The service offers users two types of Internet connection; WiFi UAE, a free WiFi service and WiFi UAE Premium, an affordable paid service that allows users unrestricted upload and download speed. Any WiFi enabled device can access the free and premium WiFi service.
