Fitness HQ and TCFnewsire Sponsor Precor FC for 2015-2016 Season

Precor Football Club, Dubai’s top community youth football club, has just landed increased backing for the 2015-2016 season, with TCFnewswire, the region’s only optimised news content agency, and Fitness HQ, a top-tier entrant to the gym circuit in Dubai, signing on as sponsors for the season.

Following a strong performance over the last season - recently the youth football team placed among the top 16 teams at one of the world’s largest youth soccer tournaments, the Dana Cup, and scored big at the region’s premier men’s open-age amateur football tournament, the Dubai Amateur Football League (DAFL) - Precor FC is now gearing up for the next season.

Precor FC’s growth marks an achievement for what started as a community athletic initiative - the team is wholly managed and coached by members of the community and focuses on providing equal opportunities to young talent.

The Precor FC consists of several youth teams that compete in various competitions and leagues in the UAE and globally. The teams, under-14, under-16, under-18 and under-21, represent players from 30 different countries. The teams are coached by a highly certified FIFA and UK FA British coaching team, and are managed by Tarek Khalifa, who serves as voluntary club chairman.

Tryouts to make the teams are held every Saturday during the season where young talent is invited to showcase their physical and mental skills in an effort to make the Precor FC teams. Players who do not make the teams can train in Precor FC’s Football Excellence Program and strive to work to make the team.
