The DPL Cricket Tournament Season 6 came to an exciting conclusion with DRO SPARTANS

The DPL Cricket Tournament Season 6 came to an exciting conclusion with DRO SPARTANS emerging as the champions for the first time. Led by captain Siraj Ismail and owned by Basavaraj & Satish Kumar, Spartans put up a stellar performance throughout the season. The defending champions, DRO PATRIOTS, had to settle for the runners-up position this time, with captain Sadat Nalakath leading the team owned by Waqas Ali.

The star player of the tournament was Haroon Asif, who not only showcased his batting skills but also excelled in all aspects of the game. The season was sponsored by V4U Electricals Trading & Gargash Auto adding to the excitement of the tournament. Basavaraj was awarded Best Bowler while Anoj won the Best Batter award.

Other teams that participated in the season were DRO Tuskers, led by Abs Patil and owned by Zahir Ali & Shani, and DRO Kings, led by Jitesh and owned by Nikhil and Leo Paul. Tournament Committee Head Mr. Riyas Baree praised the talent on display in this season, stating that it was even better than the previous five seasons.

Congratulations to the DRO Spartans for clinching the title and to all the players for their dedication and hard work throughout the season” Added Riyas.
