Knowlarity, a fast growing technology company is powering over 12,000 businesses in India and 65 other countries globally. It products can process over a million calls an hour. Headquartered in Singapore, it has offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore. “Currently, Knowlarity has thousands of users and we are extremely buoyed to begin operations in the Middle East. Initially, our operations will center on Dubai, as we plan to have a presence across GCC countries, eventually,” commented Ambarish Gupta, founder and CEO of Knowlarity. “Currently 12,000 odd SMEs, and, around 400-500 larger companies are using our services across Africa, Dubai, Singapore Philippines and Turkey, to name among few countries,” Gupta said. “For SMEs it’s more about rendering them a cloud communication service, this gives them a channel to be in touch with customers.” The company's flagship products are the SuperReceptionist and Smart IVR. SuperReceptionist, is a robust cloud-based communications service that serves as a virtual assistant, front office receptionist, lead manager, and CRM system, all rolled into one. Then, SmartIVR gives small businesses a professional outlook, at a very little cost. A company can create multiple departments within their operations, with IVR providing an automated operator with several operations. The caller can be given a range of options to choose from, sales representatives, marketing and even log complains. This projects a company with limited resources and a small task force as a modern enterprise. Moreover, it provides an option for customers who call after-hours, or that on holiday, by routing calls to voicemail and night support. Knowlarity’s solutions have been tailor-made for the SME sector, on which the fabric of business in Dubai has been established. “For a large company, we offer them a method to gauge their marketing return on investment,” said Gupta. Knowlarity, which has been funded by venture capital Sequoia and Mayfield, has a stated goal to reach several millions of SMEs in the next five years. Our products, and the platform as a whole, have hugely benefitted several companies, not only in India but across several countries, and the UAE market will be no exception,” added Gupta. The company expects to achieve USD100 million, in global revenues within the next three years. Some of the large companies that Knowlarity offers its services to include Hindustan Unilever’s cosmetics brand Lakme, Mahindra Holidays and Twitter. In the UAE, the company expects to 200 companies to use its service by the end of the year.”
