New summer offerings at Zuma Dubai

Introduction of new summer dishes to its restaurant menu and bite-sized signature dishes to the bar menu

DIFC, Dubai, UAE: 28 June 2015 - Zuma, the multi-award winning Japanese restaurant, lounge and bar, is pleased to announce the introduction of a selection of new summer inspired dishes. In line with the season, these include a number of light and refreshing vegetarian options, each of which have been carefully created using bold and flavorful ingredients such as summer truffle and pickled eggplant for a fresh, temporary addition to the menu.

The Zuma team has developed each plate in line with Founder and Creator Rainer Becker’s commitment to an authentic, but contemporary Japanese experience, using many ingredients sourced directly from Japan.

As a further new offering, and due to popular demand, Zuma signature dishes now appear in bite-sized form on the bar menu.

Zuma - New Summer Dishes:

  • Tomato and myoga tartar, pickled eggplant (v)
  • Roasted leek, saikyo miso with summer truffle (v)
  • Smoked chu toro, konbu salad with white kumquat ponzu
  • Spicy Irish beef tartar, seaweed nori toast with caviar and onsen egg
  • Taraba crab tempura roll, mizuna salad

Zuma - New Bar Additions:

  • Black cod skewers, citrus and wasabi miso
  • Chilean seabass skewers with green chili and ginger dressing
  • Salmon teriyaki skewers with pickled cucumber
