UAE, 28 June, 2015 - Dubai Courts has opened today (Sunday, June 28, 2015) a new centre for notary public services in Al Barsha Mall as part of its strategic objectives to enable customers to efficiently complete their transactions by saving time and efforts in accessing judicial and legal services across Dubai. The new centre is a testament to the court’s active efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and community welfare, as per the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

H.E. Expert/ Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director-General, Dubai Courts said: “The opening of this new service center reflects Dubai Court’s steady commitment to streamline and facilitate customers transactions and enable them to effortlessly access legal and judicial services in their areas of residence, wherever in Dubai they may be located. The move represents a strong impetus to meet the growing demand for notary public services, promote effective communication with customers and improve the efficiency and reliability of services provided, in order to realize Dubai Courts’ vision of being a pioneer in its field.”

Al Mansouri added: “The new service centre was developed after the success of similar establishments in helping customers save time and effort and minimizing tedious travel to complete judicial and legal transactions. The new facility is a welcome addition to other hubs located in the Economic Development Department, Al Towar, Al Barsha and Hatta service center, all of which provide notary public services.”

“We are working on opening more specialized centers under the supervision of a committee of qualified national representatives to better facilitate customer transactions and provide superior ethical services that meet the public’s expectations. These efforts are in line with the objectives of ‘Dubai Plan 2021,’ which aims to build a proactive and creative government that effectively meets individual and community needs,” concluded Al Mansouri.

The new centre of notary public services in Al Barsha Mall offers a comprehensive and integrated portfolio of services, including the attestation of contracts and declarations, issuance of judicial notices, the attestation of power of attorney, administrative services, and other key offerings.
