Shafi Dady Sibomana has joined the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel in Dubai as Front Office Manager, moving from the Ramada Downtown Dubai where he held a similar post. A Rwandan national fluent in English, French and Swahili, Shafi gained experience in reservations and front office duties in several Rwandan hotels before moving to Dubai in 2006 to become Night Manager at the Al Manzil Dubai Hotel – where he was promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager. Welcoming Shafi to the Park Regis Kris Kin team, General Manager Scott Butcher said that his proven communications and people skills had been commended by both guests and staff alike: “Our front office is the link between the guest and hotel operations, and creates the first impression of the hotel so it plays a vital role,” he said. “With Shafi in charge to motivate and build a team spirit, I know the hotel as a whole will feel the benefit.”
