Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 21st December 2014: ICONS Coffee Couture, a German brand, inaugurated its outlet in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah with a world record attempt for hosting World’s largest dessert party on December 15, 2014. The gathering was attended by scores of people who tried different sugar-free desserts. The Guinness World Record committee will be verifying the numbers and making the official announcement in 30 days. The event commenced with inauguration of the facility by H H Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saqr, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Department ofCustoms and Seaports, where he was presented the most exclusive dessert worth over € 2,000 created by Stefan Kopetz, the renown German Celebrity Confectioner. The desserts party was attended by 985 enthusiastic residents of the emirates who tried multiple sugar-free delights and enjoyed live music and performances. The event was held not only to provide a unique gathering opportunity to the people but also create awareness regarding healthy living in the Middle East region.
