Continuing its effort towards environment protection, the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai participated in the 13th cycle of the annual national environmental campaign “Clean Up UAE,” organized by the Emirates Environmental Group. The week-long campaign, which took off in Dubai, dedicated one day to cover each of the seven emirates.


The enthusiastic staff joined thousands of other participants, who were equipped with cotton gloves and biodegradable plastic bags, dedicated to collect the maximum amount of trash.


Mr. Scott Butcher, General Manager of Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai, said that looking after the environment is vital to preserve it for the next generation. The hotel has been making continuous effort to achieve optimal success in this direction. Its participation in the campaign was a way to give back to the nation that has given so much to its residents.

He said, “We have been making sustained efforts to preserve the environment by reducing our carbon footprint. Cutting down on waste by recycling and reusing resources and conservation of energy and water is an integral part of our environmental objectives. Our participation in the campaign further emphasizes our efforts towards raising awareness about the cause and makes the community realize that through simple operations one can conserve precious natural resources and make the world a better place to live.”
