Dubai Equestrian and Polo Club yesterday evening. A cuisine battle royal fought among flour, tomato and mozzarella to award the best disc-shaped delicacy, the Italian most iconic dish. Eataly absolutely stood out, winning in both categories.
Eataly Pizza Chef Vincenzo Lavecchia won hands down and was placed first in both
categories: Classic pizza and Neapolitan pizza.
