Corn-fed Chicken with Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Dauphinoise: A favourite of numerous patrons, the chicken is prepared by smoking a beautiful blend of Fortnum’s tea and aromatic herbs; simply delicious and wonderfully succulent. Seared Dry Aged Iberico Beef with Cepe Mushrooms (Rissole Potatoes and Watercress): This savoury is ideal if you are craving a burst of flavour!
