Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment improves its workflow by 80% with newly adopted Managed Print Services from Xerox Emirates

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 19 October 2014: Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE), the Dubai governmental body that provides housing services to the citizens of Dubai, has been able to simplify its workflow efficiency by 80 % using Managed Print Services (MPS) tools from Xerox Emirates, the market leader in Technology, Document Management and Consulting Services. Xerox enterprise-class MPS solutions - comprising of 38 devices of 5 different models - installed at the Client’s premises, have proved to enable cost savings with easy monitoring and control over the entire printing system in addition to enhanced document security.

Using the new Xerox MPS tools provided by Xerox Emirates, MRHE has successfully managed to eliminate a number of challenges that indirectly affected the overall workflow efficiency experienced previously. To ensure high security features, all Xerox devices installed at MRHE, we equipped with a user authentication tool. In addition, the server-based application YSoft®SafeQ® was integrated into the MRHE’s security system. Third intelligent print management tool allows effective monitoring and control of the entire print system in the organization by providing a comprehensive overview of who is printing, and what.

Xerox printing equipment that were installed at the MRHE premises include  38 devices taken from 5 models, namely  Xerox® Phaser® 3250D and Xerox® Phaser® 3250DN, monochrome laser multifunction printer (MFP) Xerox® WorkCentre® 3220, colour MFPs Xerox® WorkCentre® 6015N and Xerox® WorkCentre® 7535.
