The Orbis Coffee Roastery Dubai, part of Orbis Foods LLC has announced that it has recently completed a dedicated coffee tasting facility at its Dubai head quarters. “We realized some time ago that in order to make a full assessment of our range of fresh roasted coffees that our customers needed to fully understand why we roasted here in Dubai and also to taste the coffees in various different ways”, said Justin Clarke, CEO of Orbis. The facility has all coffee machine types as well as being able to taste in a French press and as Drip coffee. There is even a hand built lever coffee machine for the ultimate espresso extraction. With over 20 green beans available The Orbis Roastery creates unique blends for each customer and has been doing so since 2007. Now with over 150 customers across the GCC, the Roastery which was started after Clarke spotted a gap in the market is set to accelerate the switch from imported to fresh roasted coffee as the coffee market matures and customers become more discerning.
