Using De'Longhi Multifry Multicooker Preparation time: 12 minutes Cooking time: 40 minutes Ingredients ½ kg minced ground meat 1 onion, chopped ½ tablespoon ground all spice 1 pack ready-made samboosek dough strips 1 whisked egg Oil, level 5 Salt and pepper Method - Insert the paddle in the bowl.
- Place onions on the bottom; add the oil (level 5 on the measure).
- Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button, press the on/off button, and cook for 5 min.
- Add the minced meat and cook for another 15 min (during this time, use a wooden spoon to break up any large clumps of meat that might have formed).
- Season meat and set aside to cool.
- Open the pack of samboosek dough strips on a flat, clean surface with the short end facing you.
- Brush strips with a coat of whisked egg.
- Add a tablespoon of the filling onto the short end of each dough strip, away from the border.
- Fold one corner over the mixture, keeping the filling tightly wrapped inside.
- Continue folding back and forth into a triangle until you reach the end of strip.
- Remove the paddle from the bowl.
- Put the oil into the bowl, arrange samboosek, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 2, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
- Cook for 20 min, flip after half the time until golden in colour.
- Arrange the samboosek on platter and serve.
