A complimentary meal for mothers at La Porte des Indes March 2014, Dubai: La Porte des Indes, the newly opened French Indian dining restaurant located in The Address Dubai Mall, has designed an exclusive Mother’s Day menu with the aim of celebrating the diverse roles of females in the UAE. Created by Head Chef Vishal Rane, this set meal will be available for lunch and dinner on 21 and 22 March and will be offered on a complimentary basis to all mothers when dining with their children at each table. La Portes Des Indes is based on the successful concept from Brussels that has been bringing guests Indian cuisine with a difference for decades. Led by Head Chef Vishal Rane, La Porte des Indes takes guests on an exciting culinary journey comprising of exceptional flavours and exquisite textures in Dubai. With an elegant yet cosy setting, La Porte des Indes offers the perfect setting in which to indulge mothers this March. To begin, diners can select from three artfully prepared starters; crisp fried potato and asparagus cake served with tamarind and yoghurt, achari chicken supreme served with apple chutney or Tandoori Salmon flavoured with dill and lime and served with red onion raita, before moving onto the entrée, where guests can choose from a diverse selection of flavourful dishes including paneer tikka masala, flavorful mutton pepper fry or boneless methi chicken. To end the meal on a sweet note, diners can opt for the all-time favourite blueberry cheesecake , Mango and Cardamom brulee or a more traditional gulab jamun. The Mother’s Day menu at La Porte Des Indes is priced at AED 155 per person and will be served specially in place of brunch as well as being offered during dinner this weekend on the 21 and 22 of March.
