 Silah, Tamkeen and E-Government Authority join hands to make Bahrain Pavilion a success Manama, Bahrain: Bahrain headquartered Silah Gulf (Silah), a multi-award winning contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO) company, is representing the Bahrain Pavilion in GITEX, the region's largest and most prominent information and computer technology event. This initiative by Silah has been supported by Tamkeen and in collaboration with Bahrain's e-Government Authority (EGA). Silah's Bahrain Pavilion is being exhibited from October 20 – 24, 2013 at the exposition venue in Dubai. With a special focus on their Cloud solution CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service), its benefits and cost implications for enterprises, Silah is also emphasising the need for growth of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the region. It is part of Silah's mandate to demonstrate its expertise as the leading BPO and Technology provider in Bahrain as well as highlight Bahrain as the outsourcing hotspot for the Middle East region.
