10 October 2013:  Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, in association with Alliance Francaise are celebrating French gastronomy under the High Patronage of Consul General of France in Dubai, Mr. Eric Giraud-Telme with a Starred Dinner on 29 October 2013 in Monte Carlo Ballroom, by Chef Guillaume Sourrieu from Marseilles.

Hailing from Marseille, Chef Guillaume Sourrieu is the executive chef of Michelin starred restaurant, l'Epuisette.  While respecting Mediterranean culinary tradition, Guillaume is an avid fan of mixing ‘surf and turf'; alternating vegetables from Brittany with fresh fish from the Auffe Cove.

“I follow my feeling when it comes to cooking,” said Chef Guillaume Sourrieu.  “I select all my products on a basis of quality and harmony.  My goal is that for all of us, in the kitchen and at table, tie spend here is a moment of exception.”

Chef Guillaume will offer Dubai residents and visitors a unique opportunity to experience the best French gastronomy with a gourmet five course set menu dinner, expertly paired with grapes.
Dinner is available on 29 October at AED 550 per person and AED 500 for Alliance Francaise members and is from 19:30 until midnight.
