More than 1000 employees promoted since the beginning of this year. 

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 19, 2017: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has introduced a new methodology for promotions in line with the laws and regulations of the Government of Dubai, and the Authority has built the methodology and mechanisms for its implementation in accordance with the principles of transparency and clarity.
 
Since the beginning of this year, more than 1000 employees were promoted. The DHA adopted the mechanism after in-depth analysis, reviews and has established a central committee constituting of experts from different departments. 
 
The Dubai Health Authority has defined the scope and types of promotions.
 
H.E. Humaid Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board and Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority, said “The new initiatives are an important addition to the other incentives that are already in place and such initiatives help foster a productive work environment, boost employee morale and motivate employees. It is important for us to appreciate the work and dedication of our employees particularly those in the medical field who work to save lives, to improve the health and well-being of our community and they help alleviate the pain and suffering of patients.”
 
Al Qatami added that the methodology is comprehensive and, will help further boost employee happiness.
