Al Tayer Motors Receives Five ISO Certifications

14001, 18001, 22301, 28000 and 50001 among accreditations received by dealership

Dubai, UAE, August 30, 2016: Al Tayer Motors, one of the UAE’s premier automobile dealerships, has received five ISO certifications covering all its facilities from SGS Gulf Ltd -the region’s leading provider of inspection, verification, testing and certification services.

The standards included in the Integrated Management Systems include 14001 for Environmental, 18001 for Occupational Health and Safety, 22301 for Business Continuity, 28000Supply Chain Security and 50001 for Energy Management Systems.

The process was completed in 15 months and the accreditations coverall Al Tayer Motors’ facilities, including showrooms, service centres and workshops in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

“Our goal is to provide our customers with the best facilities and services, thereby setting a benchmark for the automotive sector in the UAE and the region. Obtaining these certifications is part of our strategy to get all our systems, processes and facilities on par with international standards,” said Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, AlTayerMotors.

The certificates were presented to Ashok Khannaat theSheikh Zayed Road showroom by AamirShakir, Principal Auditorand Jayakrishnan P, Assistant Manager - Business Development from SGS Gulf Ltd.
