Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 10, 2015: His Excellency Humaid Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board and Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) recently received a delegation from Mexico. The delegation was led by Dr. José Armando Ahued Ortega, Secretary of Health of the Government of the Federal District in Mexico. The two sides discussed ways to explore and enhance mutual cooperation between the two countries in the field of healthcare. Al Qatami provided an overview of the Dubai Healthcare system and highlighted the high level of quality healthcare available in the Emirate of Dubai. He also discussed the growth of the health sector and the various healthcare investment opportunities in the emirate. The two sides discussed cooperation between Mexico and Dubai in various fields of healthcare and they agreed to explore mutual cooperation in healthcare and gain from each other’s expertise as well as share knowledge about important healthcare developments.
