Autumn/Winter sees the return to fluid femininity.

Epitomising year-round dressing, the collection celebrates an international aesthetic in a bid to achieve the quintessential wardrobe as tailoring get’s a modern refresh.

This season REISS introduces a PREMIUM Collection. Pioneering an innovative approach, this curated series offers up treasured pieces where fabrication, fit and craftsmanship sees style transcend trends.

STRAIGHT NO CHASER provides a smooth transition to the cooler months and re-interprets femininity with a focus on considered technique,
be it graphic lace or burnout detailing. There’s a play on lace and print combinations and heritage fabrics inhabit relaxed silhouettes. With a nod to masculine shapes and construction, tailoring takes centre stage.

Original prints are unapologetic and innovative and there’s an interest in the timelessness as essentials are re-visited.
Highlights include: VALE check coat, MIAMI print shirt-dress, STORM shorts, jacket and wide-leg trouser, REMI double-layer lace dress & KARLOTTA lace-insert shift dress.

Inspired by St Ives artist Ben Nicholson’s clean lines and muted palette THIS IS TOMORROW also looks to the pared back sensibility of the 1929 film Man with a Movie Camera.

The regiment of clean lines and absence of ornament meets military detailing and results in precision dressing. Shades of grey blend with sharp separates as fluidity softens structural pieces. The art of originality displays itself as statement dresses and signature styles.

Muses Charlotte Rampling, Romy Schneider and Charlotte Gainsbourg personify IN A SILENT WAY. Building on an earlier foundation of fluidity, this story sees the introduction of romantic tones of colour.
Exploring the barren hues of the desert plain, a palette of beige, tan and sandy shades prevail.

Wrapped, voluminous layers comprising of easy separates celebrate a bold spirit. Fabrics and textures are rich in suede, leather and substantial knits contrast against elements of transparency.
Tonal blocking and head to toe knits provide effortless, ‘put together’ dressing at its best.

Timeless options include: ARDITH double-knit wrap coat, ARBERTA shearling gilet & PACY relaxed shearling jacket.

In an evening crescendo the collections turn to surface technique for interest. Textured, graphic lace, printed burnout detailing, abstract fringing, luxe velvet and feather appliqué all add to the narrative.

All over sequin and blistered metallic jacquard provide a textured sparkle. The tuxedo takes it up a notch with velvet and satin accents. NILO tuxedo blazer, CORAL layered lace dress & TERESA sequin dress will never fail to make an entrance.

NINETEEN SEVENTY-ONE continues to provide a youthful complement to the REISS main collection in selected stores. Embodying the spirit of artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, graphic linear prints inspire a fun, carefree vibe. “A heightened version of yourself.” Providing an elevated alter ego, 1971 captures easy trend-led silhouettes in an energetic colour palette. Hero pieces include leather separates and bold modern prints.

ACCESSORIES

Arm candy sees a softness emerge with carefully cut lines reflecting a modern nod to a 60s aesthetic.

Curved lines and asymmetric cutting features on footwear and this roundness is echoed through metal hardware trims on bags.

Controlled knots finished with metal barrel ends add precision to everyday tote HAWKER complemented with tubular metal encase handles. Sister style MURPHY offers a relaxed fluidity with zip top shape and multifunctional handles and shoulder strap.

Elements of texture add interest to day bag styles FRANCINE and SAHARA as surface embellishment comes in the form of linear appliqué.

Linear detail also appears in cutwork form on the PALMER bag with rounded moving bridges developed from vintage metal work.

Mini shoulder bags KHY and DOMINIQUE provide the perfect desk to date companion and tassel JARVIS completes the potent trio of toy bags.

Slip on meets loafer in graphic glazed VOLTA flat and boots take centre stage this season.

Ankle style MIA incorporates a gilded cuff; LERICI is a triple strap boot with metal detailing, whilst Chelsea boot RECCO features a heritage buckle.

HULA and GEBERA with neoprene takes body-con to the streets and court style BLAKE features contoured lines and a gloss finish.
Oversized blanket scarves include DINMONT and CAIRN in herringbone colour block, MALTESE brushed leopard appeals to those with a wilder side, and TALLY provides the ultimate indulgence in a poncho style. Felt fedoras remain a staple part of the collection in this season’s palette and faux fur stoles include contrast stripes LEXIE or animal print effects FALABELLA.

After hours a sleek playfulness emerges as delicate asymmetric lines appear on FREESTYLE sandal and POLKA, CABRIOLE and TAYLOR styles.

Cracked metal adorns evening bag KYLA and sandal WINONA and encrusted baguette clutch SOUXIE appears in silver and black.

Vintage trunk detailing on EFREN evening bag lends an air of jet set to the mix and a bespoke metal frame contrasts on the wooden heel of MARLEY and WILLOW.

Fringing influences feature in SABINE multi-strap heel and CALLISTO long fringe clutch whilst long line necklace JAYNIE includes a sweeping metallic tassel for ultimate evening elegance.

Mens Collection

Inspired by the heady night culture of city jazz clubs and musicians Chet Baker and Miles Davis, and with a palette nod to the paintings of Pierre Soulages, this season’s collection celebrates an international aesthetic where wearable fashion meets pioneering style and transcends trends.

AW15 sees the introduction of a PREMIUM Collection. Putting an elevated spin on the brand’s timeless style and uncompromising quality; this curated series combines a focus on luxe fabrications, precision fit, attention to detail and expert craftsmanship, and will hold its relevance for seasons to come.

AVERY oversize monochrome Prince of Wales suit, FENLON cashmere blazer, MILES boucle DB peak revere overcoat & CORMIER ‘white smoke’ overcoat stand out.

An exciting raft of collaborations debut in Fall/Winter including: Dents, Christys’, Allen Edmonds, Neville and Getty Images.

KIND OF BLUE introduces the season, heralding a return to work set in a trans-seasonal city lifestyle. A no-nonsense approach with a global appeal, it offers functional, practical and masculine clothing.

Weather and situation relevant, it accommodates city life and presents an optimistic outlook for the season ahead.

Highlights include: STRELIZIA bamboo print shirt, GALAXY charcoal/white fleck 2 piece suit, BILLY moulaine indigo patch pocket blazer & GRAFTON SB Crombie.

Positivity in the face of winter blues sees RE-BIRTH OF THE COOL inject serious attitude into classic items. The re-styling of formalwear acknowledges the arrival of the new three piece suit where the waistcoat is switched out for a knit. A refreshing reversal of traditions combines with the upbeat colours of English Green and Ivy tones creating light and softness in shadow.

CESC graduated plaid shirt, EDDIE textured bomber, BARNABY grey flannel mixer suit & CAMELOT fine gauge DB blazer all feature.

THE HARD SWING sees a colder climate start to take hold with the introduction of shearling across trims and collars. Surface texture becomes harsher and rougher and prints and checks become unequivocal and overt. Layering becomes an essential style solution to combat the impending climes.

TYSON provides a contemporary take on the iconic shearling jacket alongside SHINE shearling trim aviator. Camel hues join the mix in DISC DB mixer blazer teamed with GABRIEL overcoat.

GREY DECEMBER casts shades of grey and luxury navy in modern fabrics with an authentic appeal. Ombre and gradient are used to resurrect checks and there is interest in fleck and snowflake effects. A warm hand feel on thicker fabrics lends a luxurious tone.

ROUND ABOUT MIDNIGHT announces after dusk dressing with a premium focus on celebration. Texture to the touch appears across sumptuous velvet blazers and luxurious monochrome is accentuated in bold dogtooth checks. Phantom black hues contrast against gloss, patent and gold treatment. Layered lavishness exudes opulence and Deco prints and pattern herald decadent dressing.
