HMG becomes first-ever property Group in the Middle East to join prestigious “Professional Association of Real Estate Experts” in Spain Dubai, UAE, May 13, 2015: HMG Properties, a leading developer of world-class international properties, has been awarded the prestigious membership of Asociación Profesional de Expertos Inmobiliarios (APEI) or the "Professional Association of Real Estate Experts" in Spain, further underlining the company’s growing profile in the international real estate industry. HMG Properties is the first real estate group in GCC and Middle East to receive such a membership and is also set to be an officially listed company at the association. HMG, which has emerged as one of the fastest growing international property groups, develops and markets some of the most exclusive residential and investmentproperties in the UAE, United States, United Kingdom and Spain located at prime locations with affordable prices. APEI awards membership to companies, institutions and groups who consistently set the benchmark in real estate services and have contributed positively to the global property industry. The selection process reviews the business’ contribution, quality of customer service, market innovation and the depth and penetration the business has in markets by country and regional cities. APEI said, “HMG Properties has remained far ahead in the game by introducing world-class standards in its operations. We believe that by being an active member of APEI, besides its meaningful contribution to our group it also share our learnings to the wider audience in the Middle East region.” RaedBourjass, CEO of HMG Properties, described the APEI membership as an example of the growing prominence of Middle Eastern companies in the global property sector and HMG’s ability to attract Middle East-based investors to prime European properties. “The APEI membership caps a successful season for HMG at the beginning of 2015, which has continuously explored avenues to expand beyond the traditional boundaries we operate in,” Bourjass said. This induction comes close on the heels of our membership into the Real Estate Syndicate of Lebanon and further recognizes our efforts to contribute meaningfully to the overall development of the regional property sector. Recently, HMG Properties has launched the Las Rosas Project, in Valencia and the Paradise Island Project in Canary Islands which consists of residential apartments located only 100 meters away from the golden beaches of Tenerife Island.
