Food Fair marketplace, this two-day outdoor festival promises something for everyone and is not-to-be-missed.

“From the moment our visitors walk through the gates of Zabeel Park they will be taken on an unforgettable culinary journey through the Subcontinent. Celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor has also confirmed his attendance at the Masala! Food Fair. He will be hosting a series of interactive culinary sessions and will also be judging on-site competitions.

“Being a global ambassador for Indian cuisine is a source of great pride for me and to be given an opportunity to interact with food-lovers from all over at the first ever Masala! Food Fair is very exciting. This event is designed to celebrate the influence of the South Asian diaspora in the UAE and I am looking forward to taking visitors on a beautiful and memorable culinary journey,” said Kapoor.

“We are absolutely delighted to host Sanjeev Kapoor at the first ever Masala! Food Fair. To experience the work of a chef and international television personality of his caliber  in a beautiful setting is a true gourmand’s dream and a treat for most so our visitors have a lot to look forward to,” added Srinivasan.

International music acts are also being confirmed to entertain the crowds and these will be announced in the run up to the fair. Food challenges, demonstrations and competitions will add to the festive atmosphere.

“We are delighted that the Masala Food Fair!  is a part of Dubai Food Festival’s robust lineup of events.
