The Fig & Turkish Delight Sundae has been created especially for the guests at Fortnum & Mason Dubai and is a delightful blend of Vanilla Ice Cream and Blackcurrant Sorbet with sweet figs and Turkish Delight. The Ultimate White Chocolate Gold is a grown-up delight; it intrigues the palate, as salted caramel and white chocolate ice cream blend with honeycomb, dark chocolate sauce and Gold Leaf with Sevruga Caviar. Fortnum’s Trifle is a taste of England, and the Banana & Lime Eton Mess is a 21st century twist on the classic English summer dessert.
