Dubai-UAE: 29 April, 2014 - Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar), a regional real estate company dedicated to innovation, customer care and long-term sustainable growth, today announced its maiden participation in the leading annual real estate exhibition and conference Cityscape Jeddah.

The fifth urban development and real estate investment event - Cityscape Jeddah is set to run from 4-6 May at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events in Saudi Arabia.

Through its participation in the definitive real estate event, Deyaar aims to attract investors to its new and upcoming projects in Dubai. The projects that will be showcased include a 48 storey premium residential tower, part of the Central Park project at DIFC (Dubai International Financial Center) and developed by Arady Developments, a joint venture between Deyaar Development and Dubai Properties Group.

Nasser Amer, Vice President - Sales at Deyaar, said: “The property market across the region has witnessed resurgence leading to renewed optimism in the real estate market. The sector has benefitted tremendously from mega new projects that have been announced in recent months. Cityscape Jeddah provides the ideal window to showcase our successful projects in Dubai to potential investors from Saudi Arabia. Cityscape Jeddah expects to draw an estimated 8,000 visitors over a three-day period presenting developers from Saudi Arabia and the GCC with a platform to promote new projects and connect with customers and industry professionals.
