Beat the bulge this year with newest advancement in fitness Total Elliptic launches weight management programme unique to the GCC This month Total Elliptic has launched the new weight management programme aimed at people of all ages and abilities. The programme includes a nutrition plan, and unlimited number of group Elliptic classes, the MyZone belt and personal online account. The fitness programme also offers assessment and body composition analysis will be repeated every two weeks (five of each in total), both of these have been designed by medical professionals to ensure the most precise objectives are achieved through measurable results. All training is conducted in group elliptic classes, focusing on either, Stamina, Strength, Aerobic, Lower Body Tone or Upper Body Tone using Indoorwalkers. By training in a group you are able to motivate each other and be motivated to reach your goal. A support group is also available with the programme, this is once again for encouragement and allows members to share their experience with other people in the programme and swap nutrition and exercise tips. The programme also includes a ‘MyZone belt' which uses the latest technology to accurately monitor in real time the member's cardio efforts and calories burnt during training allowing the participant to work-out safely. “The MyZone belt is a new innovative heart rate system that uses wireless cloud technology and can be used outside the centre. When you work out at home or in a gym, by wearing the belt the information is stored and then automatically updated to your personal account once you come into the Total Elliptic centre. This cutting-edge technology allows you to set weekly, monthly and even yearly targets and monitors progress, making goals achievable and once achieved, sustainable” said Javier Lanfranchi the General Director at Total Elliptic. ‘Many New Year's resolutions are hard to keep, we see people become demotivated but getting fit and losing weight only gets harder by the day, I've been there so I understand the process more then most people. The programme which runs for two consecutive months and was created by the husband and wife team Javier Lanfranchi and Donatella Fumagalli, who were inspired by their own struggles but achieved success by following the same programme. Total Elliptic training and weight management centre is located on the 8th floor at the Yassat Gloria Hotel in Tecom. It offers free parking to its members and is located next to the Internet City metro (Tecom side). The package, which has been designed for all ages are tailor made to ensure that each individual are able to achieve their goals.
