Leading German trade fair and conference organiser in the Middle East, Epoc Messe Frankfurt, announced the successful regional debut of their parent company's global Fairconstruction initiative across a range of their trade fairs in Dubai. Fairconstruction, the value-added service initiative designed to provide greater benefits to the group's exhibiting partners, was first introduced to the Middle East during the 2012 edition of Light Middle East last October where four stands were developed under the new service. The Fairconstruction initiative was pioneered internationally by Messe Frankfurt in Germany and has been operating successfully for over 25 years. Epoc Messe Frankfurt reported that 64 Fairconstruction stand systems ranging from 6 to 36 sqm in size, were sold at Intersec in January of this year. Furthermore, Beautyworld Middle East in May reported 24 Fairconstruction stands and another 82 were implemented for Automechanika Dubai in June. The immediate uptake for this service indicates the popularity of modular stand solutions among exhibitors participating in trade fairs in Dubai. “The encouraging response from our exhibiting partners to the flexibility offered by Fairconstruction underlines the latest demand that exists for such flexible stand solutions,” said Ahmed Pauwels, CEO of Epoc Messe Frankfurt. “We will continue to roll out Fairconstruction at our upcoming trade fairs, Materials Handling Middle East and Light Middle East, as part of our ongoing efforts to provide an enhanced exhibiting experience to our partnes.” “We are finding that our international exhibitors in particular are grateful for the home advantage offered to them through an on-the-ground Fairconstruction team. The idea is to assist with making the exhibiting process as smooth as possible so that exhibitors can concentrate efforts on their actual participation,” Pauwels added. The Fairconstruction service provides custom stand design and construction modules for interested exhibitors, leaving them free to devote their valuable time and energy to their main purpose – that of exhibiting their products and services. The service includes design and construction of a variety of stand types ranging from small system stands through to custom-built designs as well as a wide range of furniture rental. Exhibitors to date have been very satisfed with the new service offered at Epoc Messe Frankfurt's Dubai baed trade fairs. Aydin Cafer, Foreign Trade Manager, FIL FILTRE LTD, who used the Fairconstruction services during Automechanika Dubai, said: “The design and artworks rendered by the Fairconstruction team were exactly reflecting the ideas and visions of our company.” Similarly, Srinivas Tirupati, Asia Middle East Manager, TBC International, said: “The Fairconstruction team made it possible for us to have a booth which was very professional and appealing. We will request Fairconstruction for all our future booth needs.”
