Have you ever known anyone with a congenital heart defect? Whether it's a hole in the heart or hypoplastic left heart syndrome, they're all defects that need to be taken care of. They are often diagnosed in infancy and sometimes before birth. But some defects are harder to spot than others and may not be diagnosed until much later in childhood or even adulthood. Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, who was honored for the outstanding contributions to clinical and Pediatric Interventional by the 'ISC Oration' in 2010, will enrich the well renowned hospital of RAK with his visit on July 27th, 2013. Patients will seek the doctor for his 30 years of expertise in medicine. Dr. S. Radhakrishnan started the procedure of Balloon dilation of the Atrial Septum and Mitral Balloon Valvuloplasty for the first time in the world at AIIMS, New Delhi.
