Dubai, United Arab Emirates, May 10, 2021: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) announced today the working hours for all DHA hospitals, DHA COVID-19 assessment and vaccination centres, DHA administration, primary health centres and medical fitness centres during the Eid break. Timing of DHA hospitals: Hospitals and health centres, will work as per shift timings and medical practitioners will be on call to ensure work continues as usual. The emergency departments of all DHA hospitals will be functional round-the-clock.
In terms of specialist outpatient clinics, Rashid, Latifa and Dubai hospital outpatient services will be closed from 12 to 14 May. Hatta Hospital’s family medicine clinic will be open from 8 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 8:30 pm.
COVID-19 vaccination centres at DHA including One Central, Al Barsha Hall and Dialysis Centre at Al Twar will be closed from 12 to 14 May.
COVID-19 assessment centres: Al Badaa health centre, Al Khawaneej health centre and the Dubai Municipality health centre will function 24/7.
Timings of primary healthcare centres: In terms of primary healthcare centres (PHCs), the Nadd Al Hamar, Al Barsha and Airport Medical Centre will function round-the-clock on all days. All other DHA primary healthcare centres will be closed during the Eid break. The Al Lusialy Medical Fitness Centre will also be open from 10 am to 3 pm for family medicine service and for PCR tests.
Medical Fitness Centres: All Medical Fitness Centres are closed during the Eid break. The Muhaisnah Medical Fitness Centre will be open on Tuesday, 11th May from 8 am to 1 pm. DHA’s specialized centres will be closed during the Eid break. The Blood Donation Centre will be open from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 7:30 pm to midnight on Wednesday, 12th of May. On Thursday, May 13 and on Saturday, May 15, it will be open from 12 pm to 6 pm.
