Banks “Leaders of innovation” 12 October 2015: Following two highly successful editions of the UAE Banks Federation's annual Middle East Banking Forum, the Federation will be hosting its third annual Forum on 16th November at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai. The event is again being organised in association with the Financial Times Live and The Banker. The one day event entitled “Leaders of Innovation” will again attract senior local, regional and international bankers, business leaders and government representatives to discuss key issues facing banks through a number of interactive presentations, panel discussions and on-stage interviews. Speakers at the conference will include H.E Mubarak Rashid Khamis Al Mansouri, Governor of the UAE Central Bank, H.E AbdulAziz Al Ghurair, Chairman of the UAE Banks Federation, Anthony Browne, CEO of British Banks Association, and Neal Cross, Chief Innovation Officer, DBS Bank, Singapore, among others. Topics to be discussed will include the power of original thinking, change management, the growing impact of digital banking, social media, bank accelerator programmes and innovation labs, as well as emerging global banking threats, cyber security and new product and service development.
