German Medical Center adds renowned global specialist to its Holistic Health Programme

Dr Cecil Wong brings decades of expertise in health, fertility and treating hormone imbalances to GMC’s Visiting Specialist Programme

Dubai September 6 2015: The German Medical Center (GMC), a multi-speciality medical institute offering world-class medical care in Dubai Healthcare City (DHC), has announced the addition of renowned Singaporean holistic medicine and fertility expert Dr Cecil Wong to its roster of visiting specialists.  

Dr Wong started his career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1978. After 15 years in the field, he turned his attention to wellness and preventative medicine. He has since garnered an international following for his holistic Integrative Functional Medicine approach that relies on nutrition, detoxification and hormone replacement therapy to treat a number of biological concerns. 

Dr Wong is also considered a global leader in hormonal therapy for fertility treatments, enzymatic disorders, and chronic syndromes like diabetes and endocrine diseases. 

As part of the German Medical Center’s Visiting Specialist programme, Dr Wong will join an illustrious group of specialists from across the world that regularly visit GMC’s facilities to offer superlative, world-class care to clients across the UAE. Dr Wong becomes part of GMC’s Holistic Health Programme that seeks to deliver improvements to quality of life while addressing chronic conditions through methods positively impacting overall health and wellbeing. 

A graduate of the University of Singapore, Dr Wong has visited, studied at and practiced in institutions across the US, Switzerland, Germany, France and South Korea to build his unique expertise in wellness management and regenerative medicine.
