Dubai, June 10th 2015 – Levi’s, the iconic American denim brand, handled by the Al Madani Group, recently received the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award for its outlet in The Dubai Mall. Aimed at raising customer service standards in the Emirate, the prestigious DSES award is a true benchmark that recognizes businesses offering a blend of quality and business ethics with excellent services for their customers. In the presence of esteemed government officials and other guests, Mr. Mohammed Al Madani, Group Chairman and CEO of the Al Madani Group, accepted the coveted award from Mr. Sami Al Qamzi, Director General of theDepartment of Economic Development Dubai. Commenting on the win, Mr. Al Madani said, “We are honored that Levi’s has been awarded the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award, especially since the brand boasts of a culture fueled by strong values and hard work. Currently 16 Levi’s stores are operating in the region with the Al Madani Group serving as the brand’s exclusive distributor for UAE and Oman.
